Was following this last night with Xillatem, Saven and Badjab and we've all been praising.
SEGA definitely didn't fail last night!

But yeah, one thing people will inevitably complain about is that, just as you said, there is now NO EXCUSE to not have a retroactive SoR game.

BTW, I believe Studiopolis zone features a SoR-like element

No doubt it'll be successful, what I'm hoping is that this gets its own series separated from the main Sonic games produced by Sonic Team and hopefully, it can also save projects like Sonic XG (this one needs help badly and cannot just go to waste).

The future is looking pretty good, I'm hoping for a separate series myself. Taxman's talents are being put to use where it belongs!

The games looked great for sure, but that stream certainly was a failure that night. Razz

(at least it was hilarious to watch like Konami E3 2010)

So confirmed: Yakuza 0 in English is going to be released on January 24th, 2017 for PS4. And this is the official boxart.

Here's the pre-orders sites: http://www.gamestop.com/ps4/games/yakuza-0/133139
https://www.amazon.com/Yakuza-0-PlayStation-4/dp/B01J4PHT3C/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1469633234&sr=8-2&keywords=yakuza+0

Also, check this trailer for Yakuza 6, of course it looks like it's going to be another intense drama that would put you into tears.

SEGA still do something good with the Yakuza series, that's why I can't hate them completely!

Funny, it's getting released the same day as Resident Evil 7.
Damn, I still haven't gave a try to the Yakuza series, I better hurry.

Considering this is Nintendo we're talking about, it was obviously gonna get C&D very quick. They're probably the less sympathectic with fan works in the industry.

My thoughts exactly, I grabbed it soon as I could. I'm actually surprised it saw completion considering what happened with LOZ Maker (now known as Legend Maker Cool )

Had a look on Youtube, looks good. Everything looks tiny though due to the increased resolution.

Yeah that's probably one thing I really needed to adjust to in playing this so far, I guess I got to use to the cramped feeling of the GBA games. LOL

Nice!

Also, there is a new pokemon fangame that was released today called Pokémon Uranium. Anyone interraced in that better grab it before Nintendo nukes that one off too.

There has been several fan games for pokemon Nintendo for some reason seem to be less of a bunch of assholes when it comes to Pokemon. There has been several pokemon games that are still in the wild, some done on rpg maker like Pokemon reborn. That one is still getting updated as well.

P.S back up link for Uranium just in case it gets shut down. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1w4zMvi1BBkZXAwLWN2ZDFYOVE/view?usp=sharing

Games have become a total parody of a parody. How meta.

I guess we can say that Metroid is the Streets of Rage of the Nintendo world then.

Also, No Man's Sky is a disappointment. Shame, I really did want to like this game, but....something felt off about it. Every time the game was shown at each E3, the less exciting it seemed. I feared that the game would become repetitive and generic quick based on what we saw, and figured that it was be a major disappointment.

This probably would have been the game that would finally push me to buy a PS4, but I guess I gotta wait a little while longer. It's also sad that the director is becoming the next Peter Molyneux as far as failed promises go.

I'm still trying to figure out why people think something else is going to happen. It's their IP, the procedure is simple work on your project, shut up about it, release it and let it spread through the internet before it gets taken down OR pitch it to said company and see what happens. The alternative? Make your own shit and stop bitching. It isn't rocket science, anybody doing these projects should know what they're getting into. Certainly the creators of both projects did, they're just glad people really wanted to play those games, pretty sure they're not as offended by this as everyone else is smh.

That Legend of Zelda maker I mentioned earlier? It got a C&D and now it's own project called Legend Maker, people SHOULD be raving about it just the same given all that changed was the name and association but unfortunately original projects don't get that same look.

A warning for those who might be interested: the awesome Castle of Illusion remake that was produced by Sega of Australia 3 years ago is going to be delisted from PSN/XboxLive on September the 1st. It's probably on sale right now.
